Seller Agreement & Terms of Use
Please review these terms. This is a starting template — have it reviewed by your legal counsel before going live and edit it to match your final policies.
1. Accounts
By creating an account you confirm the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to list and/or purchase equipment. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password secure.
2. Listings
Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including condition, photos, specifications, pricing, and availability. Empire ATM Group reviews and must approve each listing before it appears publicly, and may decline, edit, or remove any listing at its discretion.
3. Fees & payments
Online payments are processed by Stripe. Empire ATM Group may charge a commission on items sold through the marketplace; the applicable rate will be disclosed to sellers. Sellers are responsible for any applicable taxes, delivery, and freight unless otherwise stated in the listing.
4. Sales, delivery & returns
Unless stated otherwise, a completed online purchase is a binding sale. Pickup and delivery/freight terms are as described on each listing. Returns, warranties, and disputes are handled per the seller's stated terms and applicable law.
5. Prohibited conduct
No fraudulent, misleading, infringing, or unlawful listings or activity.Empire ATM Group may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
6. Disclaimer & liability
The marketplace is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law,Empire ATM Group is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the marketplace or from transactions between buyers and sellers.
7. Changes
Empire ATM Group may update these terms; continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
